Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.

 

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

 

About the Role:

This role calls for an energetic and seasoned professional with expertise in contemporary human resource management practices, governance, and effective risk management. You will provide strategic advice and drive initiatives that deliver meaningful impact across the organisation.

 

Leveraging your advanced project management and data analysis skills, you will collaborate within a skilled team of three Analysts and Project Officers to plan, execute, and review Employee Life Cycle projects, programs, and services. Together, you will strengthen HR practices and contribute to successful organisational transformation at Northern Health.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in designing and executing impactful gender equality initiatives with a strong focus on engagement, policy development and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience and good working knowledge of workforce and employee lifecycle matters to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and business practices.
  • Solid project management experience, with proven track records of supporting the team/manager with successful project delivery from initiation through to full project acceptance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, utilizing complex functions to analyze and manage data efficiently.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, coupled with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
