Our Stockland Burleigh Heads Team is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to be the welcoming face of our centre every Saturday, 9am – 5.06pm.  In addition, there may be additional hours during peak periods (ie: Christmas).

 

What your role will involve:

 

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries, feedback and complaints
  • Work independently as the sole Customer Care Officer on Saturdays
  • Provide friendly, calm and professional service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks
  • Use of computer system to log queries and support centre operations
  • Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
  • Follow all public liability incident management processes

 

About you

 

  • Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer service
  • A great attitude and a genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences
  • You’re known to be a dependable and reliable team member
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and good at problem-solving
  • Sound administrative abilities and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and you’re resilient
