Career Opportunities: Digital A/C Operations Control Manager (2351)
Your Tasks
Perform daily monitoring of the global fleet subscribed to digital aircraft services
Notify the customer support team when an event is detected and provide necessary input for follow-up actions in all relevant areas including CAMO, predictive maintenance and flight data monitoring
Inform our branches about the status of their fleets during weekly coordination meetings
Handle invoicing and financial control of digital service subscription fees
Prepare, issue and distribute monthly operations reports
Track investigations and maintenance actions following AOG events with digital relevance and share operational updates with function managers

- Broad aerospace background in data analytics in the field of digital aircraft solutions, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data as well as proficiency with IT Tools like JIRA, Microsoft, SAP and PowerBI
- Fluent English language skills are required and proficiency in German considered advantageous
- Highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and allocate time and resources to meet the job requirements
