What you’ll do:

  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring materials are accurately tracked and replenished to meet production demands.

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to analyze and improve materials flow processes.

  • Monitor and update inventory databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support supplier communication and relationship management, addressing order statuses, lead times, and delivery issues.

  • Help coordinate cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Contribute to materials forecasting and demand planning activities to align supply with production schedules.

  • Create and deliver reports on key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, on-time delivery, and materials usage.

  • Participate in process improvement projects focused on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing supplier performance.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and procurement teams to support overall operational success.

What you’ll need:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and materials management concepts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
