This will be through listening to customer needs and consulting, creating bold innovative solutions and proposals, thought leadership, training the team and managing the hand-over to deliver process.
- GTM win rate (initial discussion to either winning a new customer or increasing what we do for an existing customer).
- Market awareness and perception of GTI through meetings, articles, blogs, presentations, videos and content.
- GTM knowledge of recruitment and development.
Outcomes
- Work with Account Directors and Managers to meet customers and prospects – questioning, listening to needs and presenting solutions and demos.
- Create recommendations, proposals and bids/RFPs ranging from informal and simple (for example a brief recommendation) to formal and major (for example an RFP response). And iterate these as needed to refine and win.
- Working with other solution experts, design, develop and ensure good storage of a comprehensive off-the-shelf library of quality slides and solution videos.
- Design, develop and support GTM training. Using solution collateral and other documents/videos that you create.
- Keep in close touch with industry trends and ideas via webinars, conferences, LinkedIn, newsletters and customers.
- Be a main conduit to and from the Product and RPO Service teams – to feedback market needs, trends and ideas and vice versa (update GTM and including in proposals current and roadmap items).
- Support the engagement of delivery teams and oversee handover to delivery.
- Working with other solution experts. conceive and create thought leadership content generate brand awareness and trust within priority industry sectors. This may include blogs/articles, email newsletter contributions, event write ups, LinkedIn posts, awards entries.
Person Specification
- You are motivated by understanding students and helping young people of all backgrounds achieve their potential
- You are someone who has strong understanding of apprentice and/or graduate skills and recruitment, likely to be gained in high volume talent acquisition within an employer or service/HR tech provider (eg RPOs, ATSs).
- You will likely have deep understanding of at last one of attraction, sourcing, screening and assessment, onboarding, L&D, HR tech
- Experience in education sectors (schools, FE, HE, bootcamps) is a nice-to-have, it is not required
- You can clearly articulate your knowledge in a way that inspires confidence from your audience and you adapt naturally to the situation
- You enjoy listening, innovating, writing, presenting and selling in the sector.
- You are entrepreneurial and collaborative in nature, can lead teams in project or line-management capacity and are quick to innovate. You are not afraid to take the initiative and are able to get co -workers and clients excited in your vision.
- Ability to network and to stay up to date with market developments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Permanent role 37.5 hours per week.
- 3-month probationary period.
