1. Job responsibilities include those listed in competency document.
2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values at all times.
3. Serves as the Executive Secretary to the Vice President(s) of Patient Care Services through performance of secretarial duties and assigned projects.
4. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, minute taking, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, answering questions and requests.
5. A thorough knowledge of complex office procedures, functions and strong skills in prioritization are necessary.
6. Requires the ability to work under/handle stressful situations.
7. Completes educational requirements annually.

Qualifications /Training:
5+ years administrative experience
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
Candidate must: be proficient in use of Microsoft Office and must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software
applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 40-50 wpm. Work
requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school.
