Primarily responsible for managing and executing all inventory control functions including running daily reports, tracking inventory, research inventory discrepancies, maintaining inventory levels, and cycle count reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::- Manage and execute all inventory control functions: running daily reports, tracking inventory, research inventory discrepancies, maintaining inventory levels, and cycle count reporting.
- Oversee daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze reports with focus on corrective measures to monitor and track overall inventory performance.
- Assist Operations to investigate and correct inventory discrepancies and resolve variances with root cause analysis.
- Properly inspects Scissor Lift / JLG Boom Lift / High Reach / Cherry Picker lift to ensure they are in optimum operating condition. Notifies supervisor and / or lead of any issues with the forklift or malfunction(s).
- Safely operates Scissor Lift / JLG Boom Lift / High Reach / Cherry Picker lift in accordance to OSHA and Case Farms guidelines.
- Extend forks as high as 402” - 33.5` in the air to place pallets of product in racks with and without the use of a camera.
- Follows safety policies and procedures based on required training and ensures fellow coworkers maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents.
- Required to scan pallets and products, move pallets of product, “fix” pallets with any incorrect information, retrieve “downed” pallets and get them back into inventory.
- Additional warehouse, inventory or lift related tasks not listed may be assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and write legibly.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
- Basic math functions and skills.
- Ability to handle heights while harnessed to retrieve dropped boxes and repair downed pallets
- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced plant environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, squat, climb, balance, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, grasp, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, and hear.
- Agility to negotiate around moving machinery and people.
- Work in noisy environment (>85 decibels) and moving equipment.
- Will be exposed to temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.
- Will handle product -10 degrees to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
