• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections,
• and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and maintain positive client
• relationships.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close activities.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of accounting experience preferred with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully support school policies.
• Proficiency in Excel and other accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highest regard for confidentiality, exemplary ethical standards, integrity, and respect for others.
