Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
- Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s
- Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
- Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers
- Protects the health and safety of residents
You must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
