As a Staff Nurse RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
  • Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s  
  • Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers
  • Protects the health and safety of residents
Qualifications:
  • You must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
