Pay:

Visterra Landscape Group offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, but actual compensation will vary depending upon new hire experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.  

 

Role Overview:

As an HR Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent across Visterra’s corporate and field operations. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team members. In addition to recruiting, you’ll support onboarding processes including I-9 verification, E-Verify and assist with general HR initiatives. We are looking for this person to have a well rounded HR experience along with a strong corporate recruitment background.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, managing 15–20 requisitions at a time.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other tools to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Facilitate onboarding tasks including I-9 verification, E-Verify and coordination with HR and hiring teams.
  • Support general HR initiatives and administrative processes as needed.
  • Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in both corporate and field environments.
  • Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding and compliance (e.g., I-9, E-Verify)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP recruiting module, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% and be on-site when not traveling.
