Role: Graphic Designer
Reports To: Santi Saucedo - Head of Design
Location: London
Workplace Type: Hybrid: 2 days in office each week and 1 Friday a month.
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
We are an Events Experience team based in London that specializes in bringing exciting industry awards and events to life for some of the most recognizable brands. As a Graphic Designer you will assist in capturing the attention of our audiences through high-quality design. This role involves collaborating with other designers across a global team, as well as other departments within the company, to produce materials for a variety of channels, including digital and print.
You will also:
- Work closely with our Events Experience team to create visually compelling materials for industry awards and congresses
- Execute creative ideas and visuals across a wide range of media, including social promotions, digital signage, onsite print assets
- Ensure that all design work aligns with appropriate brand guidelines and visual standards
- Manage 2-3 design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
What We Look For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design
- Availability to communicate digitally during regular business hours over email, Slack and Zoom
- Ability to work on-site at least one day a week
- A strong portfolio showcasing event materials and social promotions
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional understanding of design fundamentals: composition, typography, color and unity
Required Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
- Experience in Figma
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Computer fluency using macOS
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
