Lead, Paid Search chez Renuity

Renuity looking for an Lead, Paid Search with 3-5 years of Google Ads experience that is experienced in creating and managing campaigns. They have an advanced understanding of Google Ads and can navigate in-platform without assistance. The individual will manage their own ad account(s) and will be responsible for performance online and offline. Experience with A/B testing and optimizations using offline metrics is required. The individual is a self-starter who can adapt to change and adjust their campaigns accordingly.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically manage, optimize, and scale existing and new paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive measurable offline performance results

• Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas that maximize ROI and reduce inefficiencies

• Develop and maintain advanced data visualization dashboards and reports that translate campaign metrics into actionable business insights (Power BI experience preferred)

• Communicate performance updates, strategic recommendations, and test results clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Conduct regular A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion performance

• Monitor campaign health and performance daily, proactively adapting to algorithm updates, platform changes, and shifting business priorities

• Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution to achieve offline sales and lead generation goals

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid search campaign management experience, with proven success managing budgets and optimizing for lead quality and conversion

• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, including advanced use of Google Ads Editor

• Demonstrated experience integrating and optimizing campaigns using offline performance data to inform strategy and improve results

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools; Power BI experience strongly preferred

• Experience designing and executing A/B tests (ad copy, landing page variations, keyword strategies, etc.)

• A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic insights

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly articulate marketing performance and recommendations
