In this critical role, you'll spearhead all marketing efforts for Spectralink's DECT and WiFi product lines. You'll become a product champion, deeply understanding your target audience's challenges and crafting compelling content explaining how Spectralink's solutions solve those problems. You'll have a knack for translating complex features into impactful solution-based messaging that resonates with our audience and aligns seamlessly with the Spectralink brand.
In this role, you will:
  • Build and manage the Product Marketing Matrix, the strategic planning framework that synchronizes product roadmaps, launch milestones, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement into a single, unified view. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and use-case profiles, rooted in real customer insights, to guide messaging, content, campaigns, and sales engagement strategies.
  • Create and evolve a structured messaging hierarchy, ensuring consistent, clear, and differentiated product stories across all channels, audiences, and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to ensure product positioning and messaging translate effectively across our partner ecosystem, adapting assets to meet the specific needs of resellers, distributors, and channel programs.
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor moves, and converting insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Drive launch readiness across internal teams, managing cross-functional workflows with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure synchronized execution.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar, aligned to both marketing programs and product timelines, and oversee the creation of high-impact content including sales tools, web copy, white papers, and videos.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation to embed product messaging and positioning across all marketing campaigns, aligning assets to personas and measuring performance across the funnel.
  • Act as the internal champion and storyteller for Spectralink products/solutions, presenting at internal kickoffs, sales trainings, and executive meetings to ensure teams understand the value, vision, and market opportunity of each offering.
  • Define and continuously refine product value frameworks and ROI narratives, enabling both direct sales and channel partners to clearly communicate business impact in a way that resonates with executive-level buyers.
  • Support the product roadmap decisions by channeling customer, competitive, and market feedback into actionable insights for Product Management, ensuring market-fit and differentiation are baked in from the start.
  • Drive Product Marketing’s role across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention strategies, in partnership with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Own performance measurement of product marketing initiatives, including launch effectiveness, asset utilization, pipeline contribution, and win-rate impact, with a commitment to data-driven optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product/solution marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Become a product expert: Conduct thorough market research, develop buyer personas, and create compelling content (battlecards, presentations, datasheets, emails, web copy, webinars, videos, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Send out timely communications to reseller partners regarding price list changes/product bulletins
  • Team with stakeholders on product positioning and messaging: Develop clear, concise, and differentiated messaging that highlights the value proposition of Spectralink's solutions.
  • Craft persuasive sales enablement materials that translate technical features and topics into sales-friendly language and conduct regular sales updates and training sessions to empower the sales team.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with AI and content creation tools 
  • Our strong preference is for this person to be local to our Louisville office and able to come in to the office a few days each week

Salary range:  $105,000 - $120,000
