Qualifications & Experience:

🧩 What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor, helping guide and support your team during busy attraction days! You’ll wear many hats—from solving guest issues to coaching team members—and help drive LEGOLAND's signature fun. 🎉

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Supervisor on Duty overseeing Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail 🍔🎟️🛍️

• Motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service 💬🙌

• Monitor and manage daily assignments for the frontline crew 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️

• Help control queues and crowd flow to keep everything safe and fun 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️➡️

• Lead training in areas like ride safety, food handling, and retail standards 🎓🧼🛒

• Assist with inventory, stock, scheduling, and more when not duty managing 📦🗓️

• Handle guest concerns with empathy and creativity, turning problems into WOW moments 💡❤️

🎓 What You Bring to the Build:

• High School diploma or GED 🎓

• 6+ months in entertainment, attractions, retail, or customer service preferred 🛍️🎡

• A genuine passion for creating awesome guest experiences for kids and families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills 💬💼

• Ability to energize your team and have fun while getting the job done! ⚡🎉

• Have previous experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced environment 🕒
