At Refresco, the world’s largest independent bottler of beverages, we’re seeking a driven and commercially sharp National Account Manager – Foodservice Distributors (FSD) to join our fast-paced Commercial team.

You’ll manage and grow high-profile national foodservice accounts. As a key player in our national team, you’ll have the autonomy to develop tailored strategies that deepen customer engagement, drive revenue, and boost distribution in a competitive FMCG environment.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering on Refresco’s commercial goals—working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading national-level planning initiatives.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage national commercial relationships across key foodservice distribution partners
Execute tailored sales and pricing initiatives to meet volume and margin targets
Negotiate trading agreements and lead Joint Business Planning (JBP)
Drive product distribution and new line penetration
Analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
What You Bring
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience managing national or major regional accounts, ideally within foodservice
5+ years in FMCG, with a strong passion for the beverage industry
Proven success in driving revenue growth and building customer partnerships
Strong understanding of Australia’s foodservice landscape
Experience in account management, promotional planning, and category development
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel skills and proficient in other Microsoft Office programs
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
