Your Role
You’ll assess commercial motor vehicle damage, ensure repairs are completed safely and cost-effectively, and manage claims with a focus on fair outcomes. You’ll also work closely with customers to negotiate settlements and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the claims process.

As part of your toolkit, you’ll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop to support you in delivering great service wherever you are.

This full-time opportunity, based in Meanjin (Brisbane), offers a hybrid work environment with core hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You'll attend one anchor day per week and participate in our monthly team day held on the last Wednesday of each month.

About You

•    Trade-qualified in motor repair (e.g. panel beating, spray painting, mechanics)
•    Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating fair claim outcomes 
•    Effective in assessing vehicle damage and approving repair costs within authority limits 
•    Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners 
•    Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards across a range of vehicle types
•    A valid driver’s license
