Job Title – Analyst - Data Analytics and Insights
As a member of the Fidelity Legal Risk and Compliance (L.R.C) Data Analytics team, you can give an edge to your professional career by working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and exciting environment at Fidelity Investments. The Purpose of This Role
As a Data Analyst in L.R.C organization, you will be working closely with members of Fidelity’s Corporate Audit, Compliance, Risk, and IT functions to find opportunities where data can provide insight into risk. You will participate in all phases of a data analytics project lifecycle – from framing the business question/hypothesis, identifying the appropriate data sources, sourcing the relevant data, performing sophisticated analytics, and reporting on the results. You will use data to answer ad-hoc questions and develop data-centric solutions that will be deployed to users’ enterprise wide.

Use visualization technologies to uncover insights.
Work across the Enterprise Risk Management group to apply data analytics, efficiently use automation that can reduce manual testing or non-valued processes.
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
You have working knowledge or have experience working with any Relational databases and awareness or working knowledge of PL/SQL
You are experienced in languages/technologies such as Java, R or Python
You have either knowledge of or have developed interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or QlikView
You have used or have knowledge of ETL tools such as Alteryx and Informatica
You have significant analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent assessments
You have good interpersonal and communication skills
You show keen attention to detail, collaborative and ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
The Skills that are Good to Have for this role
You have experience working with an Audit, Risk, or Security function

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in an analytics or technical subject area
0-3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in the workplace businesses is desired
Location: Bangalore - EGL
Shift timings: 9:00 am - 6:00pm
