Sales & Operations Manager – Med Spa


Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to take full ownership of sales performance and daily practice operations within our luxury medical spa. This role is ideal for a high-energy leader who thrives on building client relationships, closing sales, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly day to day. The Sales & Operations Manager is both a top-performing individual contributor and a team leader, responsible for creating a culture of accountability, client excellence, and continuous growth.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Take an active role in driving sales: lead client consultations, close high-value treatment plans, and upsell memberships and retail products.
  • Own monthly and annual sales goals, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Implement a structured sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and follow-up strategies.
  • Maximize CRM tools to track client opportunities, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong B2C client relationships and B2B partnerships with vendors, local businesses, and referral sources.


Practice Operations & Client Experience

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, front desk, and providers.
  • Manage staff scheduling, client flow, and front-of-house operations to deliver a luxury client experience.
  • Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and med spa protocols.
  • Oversee inventory, vendor management, and ordering to support both retail and service operations.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead by example as the top sales performer while coaching team members to strengthen their consultative sales skills.
  • Provide daily mentorship, role-play training, and accountability check-ins for front desk and sales staff.
  • Set clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and client-first excellence.


Event Planning & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute in-house events, VIP nights, and community activations to generate leads and drive revenue.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align promotions, digital campaigns, and seasonal offers with sales strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the med spa at networking events and within the local community.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales leadership and direct selling within aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong record of exceeding personal and team sales goals.
  • Experience managing daily operations in a customer-facing business (spa, clinic, or hospitality preferred).
  • CRM and EMR proficiency.
  • High-energy leader with excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Professional, polished appearance with a passion for aesthetics and client service.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as your own.
