We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead our Purchasing team and drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality raw materials while fostering continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience, a data-driven approach, and a passion for supporting our growing portfolio of health and wellness products. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.

· Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply chain.

· Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and scalability.

· Monitor market trends and industry best practices to inform sourcing strategies.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

· Champion continuous improvement and process innovation across purchasing operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Oversee project planning, deliverables, metrics reporting, and milestone tracking to achieve successful outcomes.

· Guide the team in setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that support organizational growth.

Requirements

  

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement.

· Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.

· Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to work on-site at our Orem, UT location.

· Familiarity with health and wellness industry trends preferred.
