We are looking for an IT Business Partner Supply Chain & Manufacturing for our region Central & Northern Europe. 

The role will report to the IT Associate Director C&NE and could be based in Stockholm or Celle

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • IT Systems Management: Guarantee a smooth running of the IT systems of the entire Plant Organization, supporting Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehousing and HR departments.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continous improvement of internal processes by collaborating closely with operational teams & Global IT. Proactively propose initiatives, evaluate user requests and integrate them into strategic IT planning and governance frameworks. 
  • Application Management: Under guidance of Regional IT Director, oversee the development, functionality, maintenance and service level of applications software both specific to region C&NE and Core ERP. Plan and coordinate resources to ensure software production meets budget, quality standards and service expectations.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with Regional Business Partners to build strong relationships and understand user needs, identify system improvements or capacity enhancements, and contribute to achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with Group IT policies.
  • Digitalization: Promote a data driven culture within the Plant by ensuring that data are used and consolidated into powerful tools that will enable the Plants to make data-driven decisions. Make sure that teams are equipped with the right analytical skills and tools to promote continuous improvement and operations efficiency.
  • Technical Support Management: Ensure timely technical assistance through local / global providers in defining scope and SLA’s to provide support and maintenance activities of systems introduced in line with Group IT guidelines.

 


Your Profile:

 

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or a similar role
  • Project Management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional / international teams
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP / 4 Hana. Other production environments or applications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong can-do attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT service management  tools and practices ISMS, ITIL, ISO 27001 is a plus.
  • Fluent English skills, good german or swedish skills are a plus
