We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Owner to join our Power & Renewables Product team in the United States or Canada.
Performance Objectives
Support the Company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
Manage execution for specific products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
Collaborate in an agile environment to develop user stories and requirements, grounded in market and user insights.
Serve as the voice of the user, aligning product development with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Manage and refine the product backlog, working closely with scrum teams to clarify requirements, balance priorities, and explore alternative technical approaches when needed.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, demos, training, and collateral.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams by addressing client inquiries and developing support materials.
Competitive Candidate Profile
Experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of product management experience with a background in product owner roles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets, troubleshoot product issues, and translate insights into actionable decisions that improve user experience and product performance.
Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to define metrics, evaluate models, and support forecasting, simulation, or optimization efforts.
Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals.
Proven capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Experience in the power space (power flow modeling, load, renewable and price forecasting, trading) is preferred.
