1) deliver high-quality refurbishments and energy improvement works to retrofit properties
2) manage the delivery and handover of new homes in direct transactions with the major UK housebuilders; and
3) maintain our high standards through effective management of responsive repairs and void works.
What you’ll be working on
- Prepare and issue monthly schedules for new home deliveries
- Review property information and identify missing or incorrect items
- Coordinate with external inspection providers (e.g. snagging surveyors) to ensure timely inspections are completed for new build homes
- Review and issue inspection reports and liaise with housebuilders to ensure defects are remedied
- Collect, review, and organise all handover documentation (certificates, warranties, compliance records) to ensure completeness
- Schedule and coordinate defect inspections at the close of defect liability periods, escalating unresolved issues where required
- Communicate internally on milestones, delivery schedules, and timelines
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and trackers to support reporting and compliance
- Assist in preparing reporting packs and KPI updates for stakeholders
- Support with the delivery of wider Capital Programmes team responsibilities as required
What we’re looking for
- Relevant working experience within the real estate environment, with a track record of meeting objectives within sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle technical information, manage documentation accurately, and learn new concepts quickly
- Confidence in communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and housebuilders
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of data and documentation
- Continuous improvement mindset and collaborative working style, with a proven ability to operate cross-functionally and at pace with success
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office, or Google Workspace equivalents
