The RJ Logistics team is seeking a Director of Logistics Sales to lead our strategic growth and high-performing sales initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for a results-driven logistics professional with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. 
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen key client relationships. 
• Lead and mentor a results-oriented sales team to achieve performance goals. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions. 
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to shape sales strategy. 

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of B2B logistics or supply chain sales experience with proven results. 
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Deep knowledge of transportation and logistics markets; flatbed or specialized freight experience preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred. 
• Cross-border Mexico/Canada and TMS experience preferred.
