We’re seeking a Temporary Recruiter who thrives on uncovering top talent, building authentic relationships, and creating a smooth, strategic hiring experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
 - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates using a variety of assessment methods
 - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding
 - Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to manage and track candidates
 - Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
 - Participate in campus recruitment to build pipelines of emerging talent
 - Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to identify passive candidates
 - Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
 - Stay informed on employment laws and compliance best practices
 - Support employee orientation and training initiatives to ensure successful onboarding
 
What You Bring
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close offers
 - Experience in technical recruiting or industry-specific hiring
 - Solid understanding of talent sourcing strategies, including social media and job boards
 - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro
 - Excellent interviewing skills and a sharp eye for cultural fit
 - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and timelines efficiently
 - Experience with executive-level recruiting and stakeholder management is a plus
 - Familiarity with training and development programs to support new hire success
