- lead and coordinate on daily base a team of both SAP analysts and SAP ABAP developers
- ensure seamless collaboration between all team members
- define priorities to the team members based on the urgency and priority of the issues/bugs
- manage resources between the 3 Finance teams to ensure service continuity during peak
demand or team shortages
- ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA-periods and escalate when needed
- monitor and analyze team capacity, allocating work based on availability and skillsets
- define, track and enforce service performance KPIs
- prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
- drive and chair service review meetings with business stakeholders
- identify service improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to address them
- foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality delivery, and user-centric support
- understand the business requirements related to order-to-cash processes by preference having
experience with European business entities
Requirements

- Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of incident, change and problem management
- Processes and IT system minded
- Techno functional experience in the order-to-cash process (SAPSD, FICO)
- Ability to work in extended teams located in Europe and India
- Relevant experience in a similar function as team leader in another organization (min 3 years)
- Background with SAP SD, FICO module is required
- A master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineer Electronics or equivalent
