The Role
We are seeking Casual Production Operators at Bega Valley (NSW). In general, the main responsibility for operators within Bega is to ensure all production are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and for delivering products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required. Some of the casual roles require a forklift license, please highlight this on your application if you have one.
The candidates are required to be available Monday to Friday on day/afternoon/night shift.
Responsibilities
Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents
Accurate formulation and batching of products
Competent use of processing software to achieve planned outcomes
Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
About you
Experience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment
Good time management and prioritizing skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good problem-solving skills
Computer literate
