About the Role
Based in Darwin & Reporting into the SA/NT General Manager
Surveying customer premises and recommending fire protection and safety systems and equipment
Undertaking Fire system Rectifications and upgrades as required including large project installs
Performing fire System inspections & testing as per AS1851 in line with local government requirements
Completing emergency lighting repairs.
Liaising directly with clients.
Utilizing our electronic job management system.
Travelling and working at various sites across Northern Territory
Scheduling & Assisting other service installers, trainees, and technicians.
Working both autonomously and as part of a team.
About You
Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry
Current Electrical License is preferred.
Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
Current driver’s license
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment is preferred.
A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are desired
Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.
Ability to work an on-call roster
