The Multi-Site Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading HR operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. This role requires strong experience in unionized settings, including contract administration, grievance handling, and labor negotiations. Not all facilities under the span of control are unionized. |

Special Location/Position Requirements: |
This position is located onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma but additionally has HR managerial oversight of the Company’s operation in North Little, Rock, Arkansas. Periodic travel to Company locations will be required. Typically, @ 20% to 25% monthly travel to other Company location. |

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.. An equivalent combination of comparable education & experience may be considered. |

Normal office conditions. Office may be located in a multi-level office building. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work, and/or computer work, as well as interaction with other people. Occasional exposure to shop conditions and shop noise. Normal office conditions include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting, driving, and/or traveling. May occasionally visit shop to observe activities, post results, etc. Shop conditions are variable depending on task assignment. Is subject to shop noise, skin, and eye are subject to fumes, vapors, and solutions controlled to OSHA standards.
