What you’ll do
Lead, train, and coach Route Service Representatives and Coordinators, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and regular ride-alongs.
Ensure every route is covered daily; provide backup coverage when necessary.
Monitor operations to improve efficiency, minimize drive time, and maximize productivity.
Partner with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues quickly, and secure account renewals.
Oversee inventory levels, credit control, invoicing, and route profitability.
Manage customer service calls, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Support sales efforts by encouraging upselling, generating leads, and assisting with new installations.
Maintain company standards of safety, compliance, and vehicle care.
Collaborate with Service Supervisors and Managers on fleet maintenance and overall team performance.
Contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring
Supervisory experience in a service, distribution, or route-based environment.
Previous experience as a driver, route service representative, or related role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflict.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and provide coverage when needed.
Comfort with driving and handling product as part of daily operations.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
