We are currently seeking a Temporary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive experience for each patient, family member, visitor and team member at Sheltering Arms Institute. The incumbent will provide navigation support to visitors, ensuring they are personally escorted throughout their experience. In addition, the incumbent will manage switchboard operations, mail delivery, badging for team members and visitors, supply replenishment, vendor support and act as a resource for hospital volunteers.
Successful candidates will possess:
· 1+ years of customer service experience
· Demonstrated customer service skills and communication skills
· Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and problem-solve in a very busy environment
· Must be flexible and able to function within a team
· Basic computer skills and experience with a multi-line phone
· Prior experience working at a front desk preferred
· Prior experience working in healthcare preferred
