Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the Case Management Internal Experience team within Institutional Life (IL). This role focuses on coordinating and supporting operational processes, tracking production issues, and assisting with technology delivery, procedural updates, project planning, and change management. The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvements in service delivery and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in tracking, organizing, and reporting on departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Support product owners by maintaining backlogs, logging feature requests, and preparing documentation.
  • Help analyze production issues by gathering data, conducting root cause research, and proposing basic solutions under guidance.
  • Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and team training materials.
  • Perform change management tasks related to technology rollouts, such as procedural updates, communications, and demos.
  • Monitor status of issues and escalate delays or risks to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify minor process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing changes under supervision.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis (insurance or financial services preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with Agile and/or project management tools.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentation development.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
