Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Work with Python developers to define and track technical tasks.
- Gather and prioritize requests from stakeholders, challenging them when needed.
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and reporting.
- Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices to manage sprints and progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to configure and support internal systems (e.g., HRIS, travel platform), ensuring secure and efficient usage.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Strong Jira knowledge (project setup, workflows, reporting).
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience managing internal tools and platforms, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively, including making informed decisions on when to decline requests.
- Awareness of audit requirements and a responsibility to ensure that sensitive data is handled in accordance with internal security standards and compliance guidelines.
- Fast learner with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with software development teams (Python a plus).
