Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: First point of contact. Professionally answering inbound calls with energy and a positive attitude. Resolving inquiries swiftly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
- Data Management: Accurately entering and maintaining sensitive, confidential information across multiple databases. Performing internal audits and organizing all transactions for proper recordkeeping to support smooth operations.
- Correspondence: Generating and mailing acknowledgment letters and tax receipts to donors, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Maintaining effective communication between the Archdiocese and its community.
- Administrative Support: Ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner, supporting the efficient functioning of the team and maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.
- Associate’s degree in management, business administration or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, data entry, accounts receivable and general ledger preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge), with experience in data entry, payment processing, and ensuring data integrity.
- Strong customer engagement skills, providing accurate guidance on giving options and addressing inquiries through phone and written communication with professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands, especially during peak periods.
- Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills, committed to supporting team goals, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the organization’s mission and values.
