Advancing healthcare with heart
Global Project Management Lead TIS TIS will drive TIS global annual strategic planning process and initiatives as well as long range strategic plan , including executive review and KPI monitoring in partnership with the TIS LT by focusing on growth and transformation.
The implementation of the key strategies will require alignment and coordination across functions, countries and across the globe.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the TIS LT, President and COS to formalize the business long-term vision. Coordinate the strategic-planning processes, support the development of the strategy, translate it for region, manufacturing sites, R&D sites and function across the globe.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead meetings with the TIS LT and other senior leaders to organize and prioritize strategic initiatives as well as to monitor the progress.
Lead TIS strategic initiatives and execution with a specific focus on growth and transformation.
Manage TIS Projects consolidation, valorisation and prioritization.
Coordinate TIS strategic initiatives execution, align all stakeholders.
Facilitate executive reviews and necessary strategic decisions making.
Risk Management: Identify strategic risks and help to reduce these risks.
Liaison: Act as a liaison across TIS regions, sites and functions
Profile Required:
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

Enjoy both strategy and driving execution; strong process orientation
Solid experience in project management; ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of autonomy.
Bring advanced business skills, including strong presentation skills, strategic planning, financial, and organizational acumen.
Hoshin Kanri methodology experience is a plus
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Demonstrate proven ability to work in a VUCA environment, being adaptable and flexible, and capable of leveraging the diversity of the organization at all levels: nationalities and cultures, generations, genders and more.
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire the organization, as well as manage by influence.

Solid experience in managing complex change: -solid understanding of change processes -experience with change management principles and tools
Successful track record of driving transformations in global business.
Knowledge of the medical device industry or life science in general.
Experience in a multinational company or in consulting, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
Knowledge of the Medical device Industry (in the fields of Interventional Cardiology, Peripheral and Oncology) and an active and effective professional is a plus.
Driven to work towards the new healthcare needs, adapting to them, inspiring the organization to anticipate those changes and get ready for them.
Simplify and prioritize.
Using ways of working such as AI/Generative AI.
Master’s in business / Sales / Marketing; MBA is a plus, preferably linked to MedTech.
Year of experiences: 12-15 years of experiences in relevant scope is required.
International Travel required (>50% time allocation)

Final compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
