We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Aftermarket Parts Technical Specialist who brings enthusiasm, decisiveness, and technical expertise to the table. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our dealer and customer network. This isn’t just about troubleshooting parts—it’s about building relationships, inspiring confidence, and delivering solutions that keep Toyota’s reputation for excellence strong. You’ll act as the go-to expert, balancing technical precision with clear communication, all while collaborating across departments to drive results. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Resolve complex technical parts issues for dealers, distributors, and customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for technical parts information, order support, and system inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Training, Legal, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate solutions.
• Lead and mentor fellow specialists through daily support, cross-training, and new product launch activities.
• Provide technical training and support to dealers and vendors, including occasional travel opportunities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 + years experience in industrial, forklift or automotive technical parts roles.
• 3 + years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to present effective recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.

What Sets You Apart:

• College or technical degree.
• SAP experience.
• Experience coaching and mentoring peers to align with organizational objectives.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement (kaizen mindset) and process innovation.

Where and When You’ll Work:

• Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Columbus, Indianna office and work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.
• Please note: this department maintains operational coverage during company holidays, and work schedules may occasionally include holiday assignments.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $57,200 - $81,400 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
