What’s the role?

You’ll be part of something big—helping Tasmania’s most ambitious businesses grow, thrive, and take on the world. Based in Smithton TAS, this full-time role puts you right in the action, working alongside our Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors to support a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness Banking. You’ll bring your financial smarts to the table, helping structure complex deals, analyse credit, and keep relationships strong. You’ll be involved in cash flow, risk, and financial statement analysis, as well as regular portfolio reviews to ensure we maintain strong credit quality – while continuing to strengthen relationships with our valued Agribusiness clients. It’s fast-paced, future-focused, and full of opportunity.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up and shape the future of relationship banking:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce is desirable
  • A real connection to Regional Australia and the people and industries that support future growth
  • Experience working with financial analysis and credit
  • Strong credit and risk analysis skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A natural communicator who builds trust and brings energy to every conversation.
