You are:
As a SailPoint IGA Developer, your responsibilities will include performing hands-on configuration and development within the SailPoint ISC platform to meet project requirements. You will configure and deploy SailPoint modules like NERM and CIEM, develop and manage application entitlements, workflows, policies, roles, connectors, and rules to support auto-provisioning and access management functionality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the technical team to design and implement identity governance solutions, conduct technical assessments of application configurations, troubleshoot integration issues, support end-to-end testing and validation, and ensure compliance with SOX and CMMC requirements. You will also document integration configurations, technical designs, and onboarding procedures, and assist with data mapping, attribute normalization, and identity correlation.
Here's what you need:
- 2+ years of experience with identity management platform implementation
- Proficiency in developing and implementing automated workflows, scripts, and custom integrations using APIs, PowerShell, Python, or other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
- Ability to write scripts (e.g., JSON, PowerShell, Python, BeanShell, Groovy)
Nice to have:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ • SailPoint IdentityNow • SailPoint ISC
- Relevant certifications in SailPoint ISC or similar identity governance solutions are a bonus
- Saviynt is a plus

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
