IMS is growing fast, and we’re looking for an energetic Junior Account Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary liaison between IMS, clients, and nonprofit partners
Assist in the execution of live promotional events, outreach campaigns, and brand activations
Support client account management and ensure top-quality campaign delivery
Contribute to lead generation, sales presentations, and customer acquisition efforts
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to refine strategies and maximize impact
Track campaign performance metrics, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports for leadership
Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to develop skills and knowledge
Who You Are:
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
Thrive in fast-paced, people-driven environments
Coachable, collaborative, and excited to learn new skills
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing preferred but not required
