We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!

Your new job includes

You will act as a competent contact person for the banking community and for the Heinemann Group's worldwide subsidiaries.

In particular, you will

• manage international payment transactions and carry out daily cash management, including foreign exchange trading
• support the implementation of global cash pooling
• closely coordinate financial planning and banking structure with the subsidiaries in the region for which you are responsible
• manage loan agreements and interest statements and support liquidity and net debt planning
• assist with surety and guarantee processes and be responsible for regulatory KYC and banking requirements
• monitor and support the implementation of the interest rate and currency strategy
• maintain the departmental systems – in particular the Coupa treasury management system (formerly TM5 by Bellin)
• plan and implement treasury projects

Preferred Profile

• A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, ideally supplemented by completed banking training
• Initial practical experience in treasury, ideally in an international company
• Knowledge of treasury management systems (preferably Coupa) and ideally experience with SAP R/3
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
• A structured and independent approach to work
• An open-minded and communicative personality and a high degree of teamwork skills
