Retail Associate – PRN Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

This flexible role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent service without a fixed schedule.

Preferred Qaulifcations

• Must be computer savvy and comfortable using retail systems
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts with no set schedule

• Ballantyne
• Huntersville
• Matthews
• Mint Hill
• Presbyterian

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of retail experience, preferred.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. • Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers
• Unbox merchandise and prepare items for display
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
• Assist with setting up and maintaining product displays
