Job Description:WLA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our market reach, and build strong long-term partnerships with Corporate and Government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2G sales opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and position WLA’s solutions effectively.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships, providing tailored business solutions.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives, manage pipelines using Salesforce CRM, and exceed KPIs.
- Represent WLA at industry and networking events, enhancing market presence and brand credibility.
- Collaborate internally to refine sales strategies and drive operational excellence.
- This role may require travelling within Australia
- Demonstrated experience in building business value through business development activities with 5+ years sales/business development experience at a senior level, ideally in a services sector (e.g. education, professional services, or consultancy).
- Strong communication, presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of modern business practices, including ability to develop new and innovative opportunities for growth and improvement
- Proficiency in MS office and Salesforce
- Knowledge of corporate training environment and competitor landscape is an advantage
