  • Source and partner with external vendors or freelancers as needed.
  • Champion quality and creative excellence by ensuring briefs are clear and creative teams are empowered to do their best work.
2. Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Introduce clear timelines, check-in points, and approvals processes to promote accountability within different departments and minimise project friction.
  • Facilitate clear communication between creative, content, website, advertising and product marketing teams – ensuring campaign requirements are clearly defined.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, flagging resourcing challenges or blockers early and proactively problem-solving.
  • Drive weekly marketing standups and cross-functional status updates to ensure project visibility and appropriate prioritisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Agency or in-house background: 6+ years’ experience in a marketing operations, project management or account management role – ideally in a creative or integrated agency, or a similar in-house environment.
  • Briefing and workflow design: Experience developing clear, effective briefing processes and workflow systems.
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability: A knack for managing multiple moving parts at once (timelines, approvals, studio resourcing) and adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Commercial awareness: Strong business acumen and can hold your own in cross-functional decision-making.
  • Process-oriented with a human touch: Passionate about building structure but know how to keep things flexible, pragmatic, and team-friendly.
  • Creative savvy: Respect and understand the creative process and how to protect and support great work through strong planning and briefing.
