In our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team and gain a comprehensive insight into the HR function.
* TASKS TO DO:
a) Talent Development & Learning:
- Support in organizing training activities.
- Assist in the follow-up of the annual training plan.
- Manage documentation for training subsidies (FUNDAE).
b) Labour Relations:
- Support the preparation and filing of legal and administrative documents related to labour relations (letters, internal communications, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to labour regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Will be valued:
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to gain a global vision about Human Resources.
- Eager and motivated to work in a dynamic environment such as the automotive industry.
