Job Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician.  Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of deskside support experience supporting a standard PC hardware and software environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide deskside support to end users in an office and manufacturing facility setting that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Interface with a service desk and a customer IT support team to achieve deliverables supporting the end users
  • A strong emphasis is placed on providing a timely resolution to support requests and providing a high level of quality customer service. 
  • Ideal candidates should be tech savvy, embrace new technology and changes quickly.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field 
Requirements:  
  • Deskside support experience and basic troubleshooting - 3+ years
  • Support skills including: hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares 
  • Windows 11 support experience 
  • Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365)  
  • Service Now or related ITSM ticketing tool experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory - Add/Delete users
  • Experience with computer asset tracking  
  • Experience with user ID creation  
  • Support and administration of network phones (VoIP system)
