The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of deskside support experience supporting a standard PC hardware and software environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide deskside support to end users in an office and manufacturing facility setting that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Interface with a service desk and a customer IT support team to achieve deliverables supporting the end users
- A strong emphasis is placed on providing a timely resolution to support requests and providing a high level of quality customer service.
- Ideal candidates should be tech savvy, embrace new technology and changes quickly.
Education:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
- Deskside support experience and basic troubleshooting - 3+ years
- Support skills including: hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares
- Windows 11 support experience
- Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365)
- Service Now or related ITSM ticketing tool experience
- Microsoft Active Directory - Add/Delete users
- Experience with computer asset tracking
- Experience with user ID creation
- Support and administration of network phones (VoIP system)
