Customer Care Specialist chez Eppendorf

Your challenges

• Communicates with customers by phone and email.

• Enters orders into the ERP system, SAP.

• Arrange ocean and truck shipments to include customs clearance, commercial invoicing, and packing list requirements.

• Communicate with freight forwarders and/or brokers to obtain rate quotes and track/trace shipments.

• Work with freight forwarders and/or brokers to resolve customs clearance issues; partner with customers and sales reps to provide the respective documentation needed for clearances unique to each order.

• Assists customers with complaints concerning the product supplied and follows up with other departments as needed to provide the customer with a positive experience.

• Supports Sales & Service regarding product availability and order management.

• Support finance with communication to customers on their account status.

• Communicate with appropriate peers within the department on all regulatory agencies and Corporate Trade Compliance topics.

• Follow all department policies and procedures.

• Follows ISO 9001 policies and procedures in the performance to the responsibilities outlined in the job description.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Your expertise

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred; and 2–5 years in a similar role. A combination of education and experience is acceptable

• Great communication skills both written and verbal

• Familiarity with Excel and all Microsoft Applications
