We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis for Northern Europe, with a strong focus on Germany, our largest market in the cluster.

 

This role will provide key financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial performance across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Benelux, and Nordics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Northern Europe cluster, with a primary focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH markets).
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial close process, working closely with accounting teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support balance sheet review process.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders in Germany and across the cluster to provide financial guidance and decision support.
  • Develop and improve financial models and reporting to enhance forecasting accuracy and business performance.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with expertise in the German market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with commercial and senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience
