Peregrine Team is hiring for a Case Manager in Portland, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

About the Role

The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth case progress from intake through closure. This role involves client communication, administrative coordination, and support for attorneys and paralegals to maintain efficiency and accuracy in case handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in a case. 
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, hearings, and other case-related activities.
  • Collect, organize, and track client information, medical records, or other relevant documents.
  • Provide updates to clients on case progress and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure deadlines are tracked and met.
  • Assist with case preparation under attorney supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
FLSA Status: Exempt/Salaried
Travel Required: Up to 25%
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM - 5PM
