PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Hardware (HW) Services Acquisition Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
- Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
- Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
- Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
- Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.
- Assist in Services acquisition requirements. Responsibilities include requirements development, market research, contract strategy, and vendor management.
- Must understand FAR, DFARS, and performance-based acquisition.
- Ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Prior defense acquisition experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance.
- 10 years’ experience
- Experience with Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP)
- Lakehurst contracts
- COPARS
- DOD Services Acquisition
Education Requirements:
- Master's Degree. OR Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable LCATs required experience may be substituted for a Master's degree. OR Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; required experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
